Iv Process
Candidates must join the TEAMS Interview using a computer (not their phone) because they’ll need to have their IDE setup and ready to go so they can share their screen for the coding problems.
Internal Interviews
- Internal IV Recording: When you do the Internal Recorded Interview – Tell candidates that the client will see the recording – They should act as if your screening call is an interview with the client.
- Tell Candidates interviews will be onsite (even though they’re remote). If they are not currently located near the client site, tell them the client has an office 5 minutes from their home. Get their buy-in for in-person IV’s even though they’ll actually be remote.
